NON-HALOGENATED, NON-ORGANIC PHOSPHORUS FLAME RETARDANT

Attention:  R&D Department, new non-halogenated, non-organic phosphorus flame retardant.

          I do flame retardant research and have developed a new flame retardants which is non-halogenated, non-organic polyphosphorus oxyacid flame retardant and non-halogenated, non- organic phosphorus oxyacid which is easy to produce and low in cost to produce and will flame retard most organic materials.  This flame retardant may be used in the production of FR foams such as polyurethane foams, polystyrene foams and resins to flame retard in various stages in the production of foam and may be added to the styrene monomer, early polymerized resin, polystyrene or painted on  polystyrene foams.  The flame retardant may be added in the amount of .5% to 10% by weight but is usually used in amount of 2% to 5% by weight to flame retard the product.  This non-halogenated, non-organic phosphorus flame retardant may be produced as a neutral, basic or acidic flame retardant in the form of a liquid, emulsion or powder and may be reacted with an organic compound and mixed with other flame retardants. These flame retarded products will pass the UL 94v and most other required tests.

          I have obtained over 190 US Patents and over 100 of these are on flame retardants and flame retardant products.

          This non-organic, non-halogenated flame retardant compound will also flame retard most organic materials such a unsaturated resins, organic resins, plastics, organic emulsion, thermoplastic resins, natural products, epoxy compounds, unsaturated polyester resins, acrylic resins and many other resins.  Some of the plastic resins include polyethylene resins, vinyl dienes, polyester resins, polypropylene resins, polyurethane foams and solids, TEP, phenoplasts, nylon resins, aminoplasts, polyamines, polycarbonate,polystyrene and many other organic resins and natural organic material.

          I am looking for a company that I can work with to further develop this non-halogenated, non-organic phosphorus oxyacid flame retardant and polyphosphorus oxyacid on any suitable agreement.  If your company is interested please let me know.  Thank you.

Flame Stoppers white A-334 are water-based intumescent white latex flame retardants coating for spraying or brushing on wood based building material.

FLAME STOPPERS P-334
Flame Stoppers P-334 are intumescent flame retardant powders used to flame retard epoxy resins, unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethane foams and solids, water based paints and latex, plastics, adhesives and sealants.

FLAME STOPPERS AP-334
Flame Stoppers AP-334 are aqueous solutions of Flame Stoppers P-334 and produce intumescent flame retardant solutions used to flame retard paper, paperboard packaging, wood based building materials, natural and synthetic textile fabric, water based paint and latex, water based adhesives and sealants.
